Great place for Some comfort food in the middle of no-where. The pistachio crusted chicken fried steak with jalapeño gravy is so good. The surprise of the meal was the house salad. A lot of veggies and really good dressing.

The serving staff is so nice and amenable! Yes, we will be back!!

I came out here on a trip to the southwest from North Carolina, on a day where I spent over 16 hours, driving 1,000+ miles. I was famished, and decided to treat myself to something nice. This place came well recommended by some friends of mine, and it was close to where I was staying.

The menu was surprisingly sparse with things that I liked to eat, but I ended up opting for their famous pistachio fried steak, which came with a side of bread, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. It was a very tasty meal, that was not too spicy for my palate. The woman who served me did a wonderful job refilling my glasses despite the fact that she was the only person serving tables on a crowded Saturday night.

Overall, this is a gem of a dining spot, located within a very swanky hotel in the middle of nowhere. I don't know about you, but I find the very idea of coming here to be pretty thrilling. That, coupled with the great food, makes this destination a must visit, at least in my eyes.

We had the Ribeye and Chicken Parmesan. Both were amazing. The steak was seasoned to perfection. The only thing that surpassed the food was the service. Nancy was amazing. A definite must if you are in the area.

You'd never see this little gem coming! Cozy, warm, colorful and a perfect place to grab some food. We sat outside and enjoyed the view.

We love this hotel, and appreciate an onsite dining room with full bar!

We were fairly early for dinner, but there were already locals at the bar enjoying their meal.  We sat at a table, and while we were there, the place filled up with both visitors and hotel guests.  We love that they bring out fresh-baked yeasty rolls!  And they are smart enough to put the butter pats under the rolls so the butter softens quickly.

They have a nice wine list, and full bar.

We opted for the spinach/artichoke dip with toast points. I think I would have enjoyed crackers more - the toast was filling.

Because we were filling up, we ordered the pan-seared salmon, served with rice and green beans. It was yummy and presented well.

Service by Nancy and team was fabulous!

Note, they offer free continental breakfast for guests- it's very good - waffle station, cereals, fruits, yogurts, pastries, boiled eggs. Plenty of choices.
